Kavigosthi 2065 to be held in Sokmatar

Namaste !

We are very happy to inform you that the 10th Wambule Rai Language Poetry Contest 2008 (Wambule Rai Bhasako Kavigosthi 2065) will be held this year in Sokmatar.

Some 300 poets are expected to be present at the village of Sokmatar, which is in the heart of the Wambule Rai area. This village produced Wambule Rai dictionary maker Mr. Abinath Rai, National Anthem of Nepal's lyricist Byakul Maila (Mr. Pradeep Kumar Rai), Libju-Bhumju magazine editor Mr. Ganesh Rai, founder of Libju-Bhumju magazine Mr. Laghu Dhan Rai (former MP), and many others Wambule writers who have contributed to the magazine for the last 15 years.
